By providing your phone number through our forms, calling a number connected to our Service, or otherwise opting in to communications, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Nahobess AI and/or the business you contacted. The following terms apply to all SMS communications:

• Consent: You expressly consent to receive automated SMS messages related to your inquiry, including missed-call follow-ups, intake questions, appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations, and service status updates.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interactions.

• No Sharing of Consent: SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAHOBESS AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and U.S. Cellular) are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and device compatibility. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nahobess AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with the Service are the property of Nahobess AI or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, Twilio, calendar booking tools). We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
